At Alma Libaas, we are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the customer. Alma Libaas is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred through customs.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and up to date, including apartment numbers, unit numbers, or any other necessary delivery details.
Alma Libaas is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Missing Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping provider, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
If tracking confirms that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping provider directly to open an investigation. Alma Libaas is not able to issue replacements or refunds for parcels marked as delivered.
If your parcel is lost in transit and confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with you to review the case and explore possible solutions where applicable.

All orders are carefully prepared and packed from Leicester, United Kingdom.
