At Alma Libaas, each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked to ensure it meets our standards. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items that have been custom-made, altered, or modified are not eligible for return.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, makeup, fragrance, stains, or damage.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. As a small business, we do not build the cost of returns into our pricing, allowing us to keep our products accessible while maintaining quality.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Alma Libaas is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.
